As of May 9, 2026, Garfield Ledges trail conditions are excellent. Parking was plentiful on the busy Mother's Day weekend, with plenty of space by 9 am. The trail is clear of obstacles, and hikers reported comfortable conditions with good views. Humidity was noted on May 1st, but recent reports from May 9th indicate a great overall experience. Wildflowers were beginning to bloom in early April, as of the April 12th report. The river was flowing strong and clear in early April.
