Kendall Katwalk
Snoqualmie Region
As of June 24, 2026, the Kendall Katwalk trail is largely snow-free up to the Katwalk itself. Recent reports (June 20-23) indicate only minor, easily manageable snow patches, primarily beyond the Katwalk towards Ridge Lake. Several creek crossings are present, with some reports noting they require careful stepping on wet rocks.
Parking at the trailhead is generally plentiful in the morning, with the lot filling up later in the day. Restrooms are open and clean. Be aware of potential bug activity, especially when winds die down. Some trail sections have minor washouts from snowmelt, and blowdowns exist in the initial miles, but are easily navigable. Wildflowers are blooming, and marmots have been spotted.

Beautiful early summer day on the trail. Few snowfields up on the catwalk, makes crossing narrow parts a little tricky. Started hike a little late, 4pm. Finished 9:30pm, just a little light left. Last...
