Lena Lake
Olympic Peninsula
As of early May 2026, Lena Lake is snow-free and the trail is in excellent condition, thanks to recent WTA work parties. The paved road to the trailhead is clear, though expect two significant potholes near the end. Parking is very busy, especially on weekends, often filling by mid-morning. Trailhead restrooms remain locked, with a privy available near the lake. The trail itself is well-maintained but rocky and rooty. A new memorial has been noted just before the lake. Popularity is high, so arrive early to avoid crowds.
