Little Si

Snoqualmie Region

updated 2 weeks ago

As of March 12, 2026, Little Si conditions are generally good. Reports from early March (March 9) indicate any recent snow has melted, leaving only minor muddy spots on the trail that are easy to avoid. Earlier in February, several downed trees were noted as obstacles requiring hikers to climb over or go around, particularly near the summit (Feb 27, Feb 26).

Parking can be challenging, especially on weekends. Arriving early or parking at overflow lots or Tanner Landing Park may be necessary (Feb 28, Jan 31, Jan 31). The trail is frequently busy and dog-friendly, with many leashed dogs present.

Trail is in typically great shape but there are two spots (near and near-ish) the summit where last week’s wind brought down some trees over the trail— WTA sawyers needed. Not terribly difficult to cl...

A nice way to kick off the morning after a great Super Bowl.  I did not SEA any HAWKS; but did have a very peaceful hike on a trail that's in great condition.

Perfect. Warmest day in February made this hike extra great.
