Mount Si
Snoqualmie Region
As of August 1st, 2026, Mount Si's trail is in good condition with no snow. Recent reports (July 23rd-August 1st) indicate variable views due to clouds and rain, though the trail itself is well-maintained. Parking availability varies; the lot was only 1/4 full at noon on July 23rd, but 3/4 full by 9:30 AM on a Saturday (July 11th).
A notable concern is the presence of black bears. A cub was reported on the Talus Trail in early July, and a hiker encountered a large black bear on June 24th, prompting a rapid descent. While the trail reopened after the June 24th sighting, caution is advised. Litter has also been noted on the trail. The parking lot has several deep potholes.
